Bottling & Nozzle Policy During Coronavirus

As you all know, the coronavirus pandemic has reached the UK with increasing infection levels and death rates climbing.

The UK has gone into a lockdown, permitting only essential travel. Washing hands for 20 seconds and more often than normal is advised. But, if soap is not available then hand sanitizer will suffice.

Due to this, there has been an unprecedented level of demand for hand sanitizers, anti-bacterial sprays and other soaps to kill the virus. As a result, bottle and nozzle suppliers are struggling to cope with the demand.

We, at The Urban Detailer have decided to do our bit and create a Covid-19 policy to help reduce our demand for nozzles. As a result, we will not be supplying nozzles with any promotional (free) and/or we will only be providing a single nozzle when multiple of the same product have been bought. We will still be supplying a separate nozzle for each different product type.

If an additional number of nozzles are required (limit of 1 per product), customers are asked to email us at sales@theurbandetailer.co.uk quoting your order number or alternatively send us a message via Facebook or Instagram.

We hope that you, our customer, understands that we are all in it together and we are doing our bit to help the country in any way we can.
